In the mean time the user is very frustrated with us and our inability to solve such a seemingly simple bug. I'm just about at my wits end with this problem, it seems like lots of people have it, but I've not found one solution that solves it. Seems to work fine through OWA, though that doesn't solve anything because the user doesn't use OWA at all.
